Izzy Style Peppercorn Steak

1 14oz New York strip steak
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic, chopped
¼ c. shallot, diced
1 tbsp. Italian parsley, chopped
½ c. Izzy’s Sauce for Steak
2 tbsp. vegetable oil


1. Remove steak from refrigerator at least 20 minutes before cooking. Season steak with cracked black pepper.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in a skillet on medium high heat. Once oil is hot, place steak in skillet. Sear both sides for 4 minutes to obtain medium-rare.
3. In a small saucepan heat 1 tbsp. oil on medium heat. Add garlic and shallot to the saucepan and sauté until garlic begins to brown. Add Izzy’s Sauce for Steak and 1 tbsp. parsley, stir.
4. Plate steak and pour sauce directly on top. Garnish with ½ tsp. parsley and serve!
