Sweet & Savory Ribs


1. Heat Charcoal Grill. Set for indirect cooking, 300˚F. Soak wood chips or chunks for smoking (optional).
2. Use 2 full racks of St. Louis-style pork spareribs, trimmed.
3. Season generously with St. Elmo Seasoning on all sides.
4. Place ribs on grill. Total cook time 2½-3 hours.
5. During last 30 minutes of cooking, baste several times with St. Elmo Root Beer Glaze.
6. Cut and serve with extra St. Elmo Root Beer Glaze.
