Bloody Mary (Huse Culinary Style)

2.5oz Vodka (Tito’s)
3oz Bloody Mary Mix (Zing Zang)
1 tsp.  St. Elmo Cocktail Sauce
1 tsp. St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish
½ tsp. St. Elmo Izzy’s Sauce
½ tsp. St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish
1 tsp. St. Elmo Seasoning


13/15 cooked shrimp, 1 per drink
lemon wedge, 1 per drink
Blue cheese stuffed olives, 3 per drink


1. Fill a 16oz shaker or glass with ice.
2. Add vodka, Zing Zang, Cocktail Sauce, Coarse-Cut Horseradish, and Izzy’s Sauce.
3. Using an empty 16oz glass, pour Bloody Mary mix back and forth between glasses until all ingredients are mix well.
4. Dip the rim of a cold 16oz glass in Coarse-Cut Horseradish liquid. Then dip the rim in St. Elmo Seasoning.
5. Pour Bloody Mary mixture into glass.
6. Garnish with shrimp, lemon wedge, and olives.
