Deviled Eggs

6 large eggs
¼ c mayonnaise
1-2 tbsp St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt & pepper
Chopped chives, for garnish
Paprika, for garnish

1. Hard boil 6 eggs.
2. Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into medium bowl. Add mayonnaise, St. Elmo Coarse-Cut Horseradish, Dijon mustard, then combine until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon or pipe mixture into eggs. Garnish with chives and paprika.
